Short Term lease template/ Florida over 55 community

I plan to rent our house month to month in Florida- I found a long-term lease agreement with pro subscription,

- is there a short-term lease agreement with a security deposit template available?  

I'd be very open to feedback as we plan to include a golf cart as part of the rental.
