Anything equivalent to Renatus "COURSE" cheaper or free?
Hey guys
So I went to a Renatus "informational" yesterday and needless to say but it was awesome. Scott Rowe was the speaker and he was awesome. The information he shared was exceptional and is exactly the stuff I want to learn in depth. I've read many books on investing and ever the bigger pockets book on flipping house by J. Scott. All Great information and very helpful but some of the things Scott was sharing I want to know and be at a level where I can share with others. When I got home the first thing I did was come to bigger pockets and see what you guys thought . Very very polarizing to say the least lol. Either you loved the information or you hated the system. Let just completely throw out the marketing side because that's totally "OPTIONAL". I'm just focusing on the courses that they offer and price. I do feel like this information is worth it if you intend on using it. So with that said can you guys suggest some actual links or books that are equivalent to the courses. Don't just say " hey bro the information is out there go find it". No I'm asking for specifics
Best Regards

I can't speak for @Bryce Young.
To me, what makes it worth it are:
- You buy it once, and have access for life (except the middle package which is only 1 year) including all updates and additions. Credit management was just added last year. Commercial RE was added this year. Business credit is coming later this year.
- The classes are available on on-line, 24 x 7.
- Some locations have a community similar to a REIA with long-timers, newbies, lenders, contractors, lawyers, CPAs, etc. ... everything you'd find at a REIA, only they all have the same REI education you have so you all speak the same language at the same level.
- Some of the communities now offer weekly study groups to help you understand what you're learning.
- Renatus just partnered with Greg Clements to develop their private version of Realeflow at a monthly rate well below what Greg and others charge for the same level of service, plus Renatus-specific additions and enhancements.
- Renatus is developing a whole new on-line experience for students and affiliates due out early next year.
Purely my opinions... Your mileage may vary.
