Is it possible to buy a house with straight FHA loan, then do a little demo and things I can take are of ... and then apply for 203K so the contractors can finish up?

If so maybe demo the top of the chimney and roof it over vs stressing over liner cracks in an old structure.Parking can you park 12 cars on the property so it doesn't look like a motel with the front yard a parking lot, how about only 6?

@Abe Galam, if you are starting to look into property management software, I highly recommend jumping on a live demo (actually see the software being used versus screenshots) or asking for a trial of whichever software you decide to look into.

Also if you do decide to demo make sure you understand permit requirements like asbestos and lead inspections, disconnect and reconnecting utilities etc.
