I Created An Instant Tenant Verification Software At No Cost (Feedback - ValidiFI.io)

Hi everyone! (Not an attempt to sell anything :) I'd appreciate feedback & if you're a property owner/manager, its completely free to use!)

I'm Chris Gordon & I created a tenant verification software called ValidiFI.io & it allows property managers to instantly verify their potential tenants by extracting credit, background(ID + facial scan, criminal, eviction), employment, and income(direct payroll login + Bank acct. deposit verify) all processed within seconds at no cost to you. You put in your minimum acceptable criteria for the property: Min. income, credit score, criminal, eviction, and the software checks that the applicants meet them all & displays the attached report to you within a couple of minutes. I created it to verify the applicants but also to filter out the bunch that doesn't qualify to save you time + it's free to the owner to use because your applicant pays the $69.99 fee. It only requires name, email, and password to use it.

I'm 25 & It's been a long journey taking the leap to full-time entrepreneurship & creating a software company. After working a corporate job while buying real estate on the side, I knew that I wanted to create something that could solve a problem while generating income simultaneously. I self-managed my portfolio and dealt with all kinds of headaches with the verification software on the market from them not accurately verifying the job/financials to failing to fully verify the applicant's identity leading to an eviction of a fake CPN (used by Airbnb hosts to get apartments under a fake name). So I liquidated my portfolio and put everything into creating Validifi.io

Once again, I wanted to come here to explain the concept and get feedback from a real estate community on what I could improve and if you see it being useful. I'll be very active in the comments responding to feedback and criticism :) all is welcome!  If you've read this far, I appreciate you taking the time.

I’ve attached the sample report and a mobile speed demo from the applicant’s perspective. Let me know what you think:

The app look nice and looks very well done - this must have been challenging to implement and integrate everything smoothly. However, I don't think this level of information is going to be provided comfortably by applicants. I know that if I were looking to rent a place, I would not be taking face scans, linking bank accounts, sending photos of my driver's license, etc to anyone, let alone a random individual screening tenants.

I don't even like providing all that as part of employment background checks, and that's so they can start paying me.
