Rental Management software
Hey guys, I own a large amount of rental properties and so far I used excel to manage my business. The time has come and I am looking for something better and with a nice interface. I was wondering if any of you have a recommendation in mind? I am looking for something that is built specifically for rental. In addition I am probably going to add a secretary to my team so I would like it to be user friendly.
Thanks for your help I greatly appreciate it.

Hi Abe, I also used to use Excel (a long time ago) and I've tried a number of platforms out there. With about 70 properties now I use a software called Rentec Direct. It handles the accounting, ACH, screening, etc. And they answer the phone when I call which is more than I can say for most software companies. I've been really happy with their software. We're about a gazillion and a half times more efficient using a platform designed for property management vs Excel and I bet you will be too regardless which solution you go with.
