I was able to overcome my fear because I had a much bigger fear: .....and that was being an old man in a dying career working 50-55 hours a week running machinery like many of my coworkers do .

Cold calling freaking sucks but if you can conquer your fears and overcome it and become good at it, there isn't anything you can't do!

The time you spend depends on what stage you are in.If you're trying to find a deal, with it being a seller's market in many places right now, you could spend 4-8 hours a day if you wanted to, marketing for, researching, and analyzing hundreds of properties before you find one that makes sense.The construction process itself doesn't have to be so involved, just requires making sure things are getting done, and figuring out way to overcome obstacles. 

I am not saying you should go out and get your Real Estate License, but I do think at some point, you need to take that first step and overcome any initial fear you have.

It used to be in the kitchen and moving it out was the only option to get a decent size kitchen.To overcome the fear of leaking, we are adding a drain pan with a drain.

I know some people are using Zapier to work around but the idea of overcoming the bugs gives me hope.
