Washer Dryer Upstairs?

This rehab we are working on has the washer dryer upstairs. It's probably going to cost several hundred to move plus a redesign of the downstairs layout. There are two bedrooms downstairs including the master and two upstairs when we are finished.

The house will flip for around $375k. My question is, how important is it to have the washer dryer downstairs in this circumstance?
