Help! Got the Podio bug and want to ask some questions
Spent the last 2 weeks playing with Podio and watching Youtube videos to get ideas on workflows and how to get different Apps set up and to work together. I have a couple of bugs with a direct integration from Oncarrot. I know some people are using Zapier to work around but the idea of overcoming the bugs gives me hope. Is anybody in the beta testing for Oncarrot & Podio?
The works of art that others have created in Podio just flat blows my mind.
To get Podio (free for 5 users) to do certain flows/actions you have use a 3rd party company. I use Globiflow.
Flows I've got figured out and working:
Step 2 Detailed form submission input.-motivated seller site
(gravity form to populate lead in podio)
Cash Buyer Contact submission input to app/database-cash buyer website
(gravity form to populate lead in podio)
Zillow link auto populate-from gravity form
Google Map auto populate-from gravity form
Google voice integration-insert transcribed message to notes
Callrail integration-insert voicemail link to notes and auto SMS to ask for address
Push Button Contract and email offer to seller-writes purchase contact with fields from app
Push Button 1 year Autoresponder SMS/Email Campaign-really awesome just need to figure out what to say for a year :)
Push Button Match Cash Buyer Lookup-Match Property for sale to Cash Buyer Database
Push Button send property to cash buyers via SMS/Email
Lead tagging/App linking
Webforms
Birddog Property submissions
Email read/write access for birddogs to update/track their leads
Thanks to Dan Scwartz, Scott Costello, Ronald Keene for the "how to" Youtube Inspirational videos and for the email help.
If you have any Podio apps that save you time please write a quick description in the comments. I used a vanilla folder 3 weeks ago when I was feeling organized. Typically just a legal pad or what ever I could reach on the floorboard.
