Our rent will be the same but her house has an awesome outdoor kitchen, stainless steal appliances, granite countertop and other "bonuses" none of which will get her more rent.

Basically, they had to correct the violation (stop smoking indoors) and if it happened again I could evict without notice.We do not allow smoking indoors, by the tenants or any of their guests, outdoors only and must use proper disposal containers.

Question for the BP community, I just closed on myfirst 3 family househack a few days ago, and changed the outdoor locks to the unit I will be occupying with a standard keyed entry lock at least for now.
