Hello BP community! All in new guy from Southern California

Hey All, My name is Rob and I'm currently in San Diego County California. I've been lurking here for months, listening to podcasts, reading books, and getting educated about the real estate investment community. Thanks to you Mindy, Scott, Brandon, and Josh (mostly) I'm chiming in here at the forums a lot sooner than I had planned to. I'm committed to investing in real estate in the near future while working my butt off in the present to make that happen. I would love to connect with those of you who are out of market buy and hold investors as well as anyone who is making it happen while working a full time job with a family including school age kids.

A little more about me is I grew up in the Midwest, went to school in the southeast, and have raised my family on both the east and currently west coast. I love the outdoors and though I love what I do for a living, I'm ready to move on to this new adventure as I approach my mid 40's!
