Electronic door lock deadbolts for units?

Hi everyone!

Question for the BP community, I just closed on my

first 3 family househack a few days ago, and changed the outdoor locks to the unit I will be occupying with a standard keyed entry lock at least for now. I have heard around (probably the bp podcast!) that some investors have used electronic door deadbolts with the buttons for the passcode as well as the key slot, to eliminate tenants from calling you to let them in if they forgot their keys etc. However, each of them is roughly $100 instead of a normal $20-$30 keyed lock. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Thank you so much!,

Kyle
