Concentrate on what you are good at, and turn the rest of it over to someone else.

I am a 23 year old veteran and business student at the University of Southern Maine with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

Lesley:If the problem is not too severe ... ie. the urine is not completely absorbed into the subfloor and/or walls ... there are concentrated enzyme products you can order on-line (the name of the one we used escapes me at the moment).  

In future times when you will have put allot more effort and even you own money into your business you will want to have peace of mind so you can concentrate of growing your business on a solid and protected basis. 

It's really not worth my time because I need to concentrate on finding the next tenant plus I'm currently building a house and need to finalize things on that... so life goes on :) At least it's something and i'm not paying extra :)

Geographic concentrations and exclusions impact can be limited, since faster process states will have higher purchase prices for the asset and vice versa.

The amount of capital you have, the desired 'reasonable' yield you desire, the investment horizon, the geographic concentrations or exclusions along with other risk hot buttons for the investor usually scope out what to look for and to a certain extent where to find it.

Now I'm going to concentrate on the necessary renovations (roof, flooring and paint)!
