Lesley:If the problem is not too severe ... ie. the urine is not completely absorbed into the subfloor and/or walls ... there are concentrated enzyme products you can order on-line (the name of the one we used escapes me at the moment).

In future times when you will have put allot more effort and even you own money into your business you will want to have peace of mind so you can concentrate of growing your business on a solid and protected basis.

It's really not worth my time because I need to concentrate on finding the next tenant plus I'm currently building a house and need to finalize things on that... so life goes on :) At least it's something and i'm not paying extra :)
