Hello,

My name is Dane. I am a 23 year old veteran and business student at the University of Southern Maine with a concentration in entrepreneurship. I co own and manage my first of many rental properties in Biddeford, Maine. My plan is to create a property renovation business as well as buy and hold rental properties to create long term wealth for all parties involved. Biddeford is a great town with great potential and is on the verge of a breakthrough and I plan to take full advantage as well as pride in providing top quality homes to the community. 

I am looking for hard money lenders or private investors interested in funding house flips in the Portland/ Biddeford area. I am also interested in any information anyone has regarding the best ways to take advantage of veterans benefits to purchase properties or starting a small business. 

There is a ton of potential out there and an investment will benefit everyone involved but most importantly the people who will call my properties home.
