Wi-Fi door lock question: We have a Schlage Encode and our handyman will install a new one.

For example i would go heavy into a self-storage and mobile home park fund right now. www.cashflowconections.com offers some great opportunities there.I have no affiliation with any of these firms i mention, just admire them.Even with $300k to invest, i would put 100k into 3 different sponsor funds.

Any advice on how to proceed would most welcome.I am using one for my MTR that is almost done, I wouldn’t do it any other way :)I highly recommend the Schlag Encode.

I've looked at a few options (the names you would see at the top of a google search or in the typical "best lenders" affiliate websites: Frost Bank, PNC Bank, PenFed).
