Luxury Sporting Club & Residences
Hello everyone, been awhile since I've posted. I've recently taken on a new venture with a hospitality company that also deals in luxury real estate. The resort requires you to become a member before becoming an owner and it isn't cheap but I do see the value in it. My question is, does anyone have any creative suggestions on how to reach the clientele I need to reach? Currently none of our real estate is less than $1m and our memberships start around $15,000. Any advice is appreciated
