@Joe Butcher - Go to profile options > profile settings > on the left is a link for "forums" and at the bottom make sure it is not checked under "Hide marketplace forum"

The point is, if you have a property in one of these neighborhoods, as long as you don't butcher the rehab or buy at the wrong price, you have a better than average chance of making some money.

I think the only things I have left to purchase are light fixtures (which I'll get from home depot), appliances (when they go on sale next week), and butcher block countertop (when they go on sale next week).

Anyone have an opinion on the Butchers Hill neighborhood?

The second time I bought Butcher Block wood countertops from Ikea and had them installed by a contractor for $800 total.
