Rough estimates on rehab costs

I'm sure this has probably been answered before.

We are just starting out here in the Nashville area.  I'm looking to put together my spreadsheet to help me cost out rehabs.  Does anyone have idea rough numbers they would be willing to share on rehab costs.  I'm hoping to get rough estimates in the following areas:

  • Interior painting per floor square foot
  • Exterior painting per floor square foot
  • Roofing (and roof repair) per floor square foot
  • Good ways of estimating electrical and plumbing
  • Rough estimates on flooring (laminate, eng hardwood, tile)
  • Cabinet/countertops

I appreciate any info anyone can share on the topic.
