VAs are only as good as the tools you give them and most of them don't have access to the databases you need to get accurate phone numbers.

I've got several VAs working on it too that I'm juggling and just throwing money at.

It sounds like they're picking a few different markets and hiring someone (VAs) to bid on dozens of properties at a certain percentage of list price.

I wish I had know about VAs when we were stationed overseas, as I would have kept up the pace.  

Both of them are the best to automate your business and to give access to your VAs to use your CRM without any security/privacy problems.Just dig it yourself and see which one you'd prefer, each one of them provides videos and Demo describing their features.My experience with Realeflow is very good too.

We are in the process of hiring our first Sales VAs.
