What are you paying Sales VAs

Hey BP world!

We are in the process of hiring our first Sales VAs.  They will be responsible for answering questions about our properties and processes and gathering information from home owners/buyers.

If you currently have people doing this for you, how are you paying them?  By the hour? lead? phone call?
