Personally, this site has not been a front runner in me closing a deal, but more of a mentor type tool to make sure I don't forget certain steps.

I would like to find a "runner" that can bid for me with a power of attorney to endorse my cashier's checks but have not found anybody I feel confortable with.

Maybe put hardwood on the steps with a good quality runner, it makes a very nice impression and protects the hardwood.
