While I can't think of anything else generic to be discussing with the attorney, you might want to ask the attorney, "Given our situation as we've discussed it, is there anything else we should be considering or talking about that we haven't covered?"

You shouldn't pitch any numbers or specifics on returns...just use generics from similar deals and talk about how you plan to do it like they did.
