Hello all

My wife and I live in Houston and own several homes. We are meeting with a real estate lawyer for the first time today. We are wanting to gain information about incorporating, an insurance umbrella, rolling all our properties into an LLC, and protecting our personal assets from a lawsuit. We are still very new to the legal aspects of home rentals and am trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. I am wondering if y'all can please post some other topics I should discuss during our meeting.
