In regards to HSPROPERTYFUNDS- Dan Sisto is a champion. 

As was said by others on this discussion, Toledo has very little to offer in the way of great property management...those of us who do it well have the phone ring consistently.

That is why so many champion the strategy because if done perfectly you will have an infinite return on your money.

When we checked those auctions out a couple years ago with a view to buying, it was obvious they were ringed and never bothered after that, sorry to say.

@Patrick Nissim be sure you understand the difference between Metro Detroit and the City of Detroit.They are both seeing population growth, but there are more challenges in the City of Detroit than most investors want to deal with.I'd put the Ring Cities of Detroit up agaisnt anywhere else in the country.

Tenants will call that number and google voice will ring your cell/landlines etc....you can even make calls from both your cell and landlines and have it appear as if it is coming from google voice.We eventually outgrew that and now use RingCentral and we have a love/hate relationship with that.  

Above all else, you probably need to befriend someone on the city's council/zoning commission, have them champion this for you or at least let you understand how the city considers a tiny house to be different from a manufactured home.
