I'm very new to the real estate business. My question is do I need a liscense or LLC to do wholesaling in Upstate, NY?

@Cherelle Wynn you're up against spam fierce competition in Syracuse. HSPROPERTYFUNDS has the whole city on lock down. They have the "We really buy houses" signs and they're very professional. Owner is a friend of mine and does an excellent job. I buy from him often.
