Hi everyone,

I need suggestions for a property management company in Toledo, Ohio.

Any type of help is appreciated.

Somebody suggested Andrew Fidler and LaPlante Real Estate. Does anybody know anything about these guys?

Thanks in advance.

@Linda Labbe @Engelo Rumora Thank you both for the support!

Fresh from the Ohio Division of Real Estate, I am approved to sit for my broker's exam. I pass that and I'm officially our second principal broker.

I'm sure I will make a new post so I'm not hogging this one - BUT - this is the power of real estate guys. I started in 2009 unemployed with a massive recession preventing anyone hiring me back into the 9-5 world for 18 months.

This provided the resolve to learn to survive and thrive in some of Toledo's most challenging zip codes...areas I still own in and where I continue to buy properties.

By 2010 I was back to work but kept investing.

In 2017 I quit a full-time bonus filled day job position and focused completely on my real estate career (began property managing as a branch office of Stonehenge) (I'd like to comment that I also reflected I should have quit two years before I did but that's really just a reflection after I didn't go broke in 2017!)

2019 promises to be a fascinating year as well.

Stay focused on your goals, and be ready to work your butt off and suffer setbacks and face fears...you will do better than you ever anticipated!
