. :) We are definitely feeling it up here in fact we had an investor friend come home to frozen pipes & a lot of damage yet the thermostat was set at 72.

I did that and it was working fine.Next I installed preset thermostats because several of the tenants were turning their old thermostats to 85-degrees.
