I am currently doing my second house hack in Rapid City and I also have a four unit apartment.I'm getting smarter because it seems all of the absolute worst things that can happen to a real estate investor have happened to me and I'm tired of the roller coaster that it's bringing to my life.

While its been a rollar coaster it has been amazing.
