Hello All,

My name is Aaron and I'm new to Real Estate. I currently reside in Frederick, MD and I have a rental property in Frederick as well. I got My MBA in 2013 and after a year of working, I decided I need some more income outside of the 9-5 grind.

I purchased the town-home  last year and 2 weeks later had tenants eager to move in and (first mistake) signed them to a 2 yr lease. Older couple, the wife had been (is) ill and therefore their credit wasn't the best, but they had good references and a good rental-payment history.

Long story short, I've had the worst time with them from having to go to court, to refusing to let me into the house to make repairs. That being said, I've learned a lot, purchased several books and I am confident I can deal with plethora of tenant issues now that I am going through this disaster.

I am focused on moving on to new properties and deals etc. and I'm committed to the craft for the long haul.

Thanks for listening, talk to you soon!

Regards,

Aaron.
