Hello fellow investors!

I'm Amy and I live in 1/2 of my first investment property, a duplex in the Foster Powell neighborhood of Portland Oregon. Luckily for all of us here in Portland, the real estate and rental markets here are HOT.

I'm approaching 2 years of owning my property and am looking at my options for either selling and buying another property or figuring out a way to keep my property and investing in another property.
