Hi all!

I've been a member for a month or so and have been reading like crazy trying to get smart(er).  I am currently doing my second house hack in Rapid City and I also have a four unit apartment.

I'm getting smarter because it seems all of the absolute worst things that can happen to a real estate investor have happened to me and I'm tired of the roller coaster that it's bringing to my life.

Hi, and welcome to BP! Sounds like a tough run but most would have thrown in the towel by now. Good for you sticking with it. You should consider writing more details about the bad experiences (and good) in a forum post or two. People would love to learn from you. Good luck in your future real estate investments.
