My wife and I were in analysis paralysis for sure, but then the academy dropped and we were sure we wanted to get into RE, but didn’t know how and this course was WAY cheaper than comps that ultimately just try and sell you a conference that just tries to sell you… on and on plus like you said, we got most of our money back and got to keep the material. 

Common problem, no easy answer:(We try to allow our owner clients to arrange their own maintenance, but have learned the hard way there MUST be limitations:1) They can't hire our people!

Hi everyone,I graduated college a few months ago in Boston and tried to start my own business but it didn't workout and so I focused on Real Estate instead and passed my NV License.

After you get that first one, I would start looking for BRRRR strategy, and if you have time to market direct to seller you can try to negociate seller financing and sub to deals. 

They finally get back to me after the close date to say they need more time because they are try to cross collateralize their other properties to make this deal happen and the bank they were using doesn't do this kind of loan. 

I would also try to anticipate their situation and needs and how you could facilitate their exit.

I think I'm in a pretty unique situation and am trying to figure out the right hoops to jump through to move forward.Long story short, I'm trying to tap into the equity of the rental property passed down from my grandparents that is held in an S-corp which is co-owned by myself, my siblings, our cousins, and an idiot uncle.
