Fresh graduate, just got my NV license

Hi everyone,

I graduated college a few months ago in Boston and tried to start my own business but it didn't workout and so I focused on Real Estate instead and passed my NV License. Do you guys have any advice on how can I get started in my real estate journey as an agent and potentially an investor??

I'm a 100% committed student of the real estate industry. I look forward to meeting new people from different backgrounds.
