We've got an international airport, several major sports teams, a local CSU, tons of night life, cool restaurant scene, and offer enough of the "big city" feel that the younger generations (your tenants) crave.

In essence I benefit from the higher demand from students wanting to be close, but don't have to deal with the difficulties associated with the ridiculous National Lampoon (movie reference) scenes that college students tend to attract in my units.  

I don't know the NH scene as much as MA but there are at least a couple.

I know all this stuff is probably common knowledge but I have never purchased a house and I have never been involved in the real estate scene in the past so I am not sure how all of this works.  

Hello Folks, I work in Columbus and I was wondering if there's a regular meetup that goes on in Columbus where investors, agents, handymen etc get together and talk about the general RE scene in Columbus.

I have scene purchased other properties both on and off the MLS.

What does the multifamily scene look like?

My interest in real estate stems from my family owning multiple apartment complexes, so I've been on the scene and got my hands dirty to experience the landlord life.
