Looking to connect with Fort Wayne multifamily professionals!

Hello,

As the title suggests, I am looking to connect with those who have experience in the Fort Wayne market. I am currently a multifamily investor in central IL but am eager to learn more about the Fort Wayne market. What does the multifamily scene look like? From what I have been able to tell, 15+ year old inventory is limited in quantity and listings, is this true? What are the general market conditions and cap rates looking like?

I would love to connect with investors, property managers, brokers, or anyone who can shed some more light on the market!

Thanks,
