You have made a wise choice throwing your hat in the ring with this group, and the decision to start your investing journey.

For most of you this is probably old hat, but it was a new experience for me.Wires usually go out at the end of the day, and had to be in place by 2pm Central time in my case.Wire MUST match the name on the account exactly, Mine had both my name and wife's name, but only my name on the account being wired to, not good.I was told the wire would "hit" the next day after it was sent and to be patient, the escrow officer told me this about three times, she was making a point to be patient.

That is really another feather in Josh's hat in having this site and making it available for everyone!

The more things you're trying to do yourself as a noob, the more you open yourself up to risk and can just straight up go bankrupt (ie you do your own due dilligence and mess up big time on something structural and a buy and hold collapses on your tenants)The more you dabble in --you'll also learn a **** ton and be able to wear many hats....The less experience you have I'm sure you'll outsource, but at some point you'll say-- hey I can do that (and save a few hundred here or a few thousand there)    Then there's Legal aspects, contracts etc.
