So many people are getting into real estate right now when it's hot.

First thing is-- if you're not willing to GRIND then you're not going to succeed.

If you already have tons of cash, lots of experience, or have 25 hours in a day you're good

@Will F.  By GRIND do you really mean WORK. By having lots on money and experience you will be successful, but you have to start sometime. Totally disagree about investing in California or anywhere. Put your MIND and WORK hard you can be successful anywhere. Just me a young man the other day who started flipping homes three years ago in Los Angeles and is now flipping 30+ each year.
