Hi my name is Wade Allen. I am new to real estate investing but am in need of change. My background is general construction, welding, and induction furnace repair. I am employed full time in a different field from any of my background, and half owner of an HVAC business too. I think I have reached the proverbial burn out. I am looking to turn this into a full time family business with my wife and brother-in-law, who is also my business partner.
