I noticed that as well regarding LinkedIn and Facebook's user experiences versus BP's user interface.

Alot of people use FurnishedFinders.com, however the user interface is probably the worst I have ever seen.

The other thing you can do is look at becoming a mobile notary in the meantime as it potentially could get you interfacing with investors who are looking for flexibility.

I used to just paste in links to old threads but this new interface is a pain.

Just do some browsing through the BP forums, search for NOand you will learn, it is rather warm market, quite competitiveto be sure.I am sure there are  BP meetups in NO, plus there are REIA groupmeetings as well.
