Leaving Your W-2

Hello I'm Joshua Wuelfing & I am a new investor, my wife and I have lived in Jacksonville,fl for approximately 16 month. I had recently been employed by a Big box home improvement store for the past 9 yrs. Over the past 3 yrs I have been listening reading and learning the game of real estate on the sidelines. I recently could no longer take working inside the box anymore and left my w-2 Job, to persue a career in real estate investing. To any Jacksonville, Fl investors I would love to meet you and will be glad to work for free for a period of time to learn from you. My wife & I currently own 2 homes with zero personal debt , except the houses. We have excellent credit and have a small nest egg , we're betting on ourselves. I am willing to drive for dollars, fix rental's ( very handy w/ tools) , run errands ,  and clean/install toilets, light carpentry, painting, landscaping, hauling materials. I'll do whatever it takes to add value to your company for the knowledge.
