Hello everyone! I hope you all are staying safe & well during this crazy time. I've decided to take this time to work towards my dream of becoming a real estate investor. I currently live & was born & raised in Orange County, CA (specifically North OC). I'm currently working on my real estate agent license & spending my time looking at Zillow/Reddit for good deals & driving/walking around looking for abandoned homes.
