Areas to focus on in Little Rock? avoid?
Hey folks, I'm new to investing in Little Rock area, and curious if anyone has advice on where to focus and where to avoid. Thanks in advance!

@Michael Koch I love that area, I think there’s tons of opportunity zone in LR proper. From an investment perspective that interests me, Sherwood and the town of North Little Rock are fantastic.
There are some large beautiful historic homes in LR that you'll see on the MLS but they are going to be in C- or D zones, unfortunately.
