During inspection period we heard a mouse running around in the drop ceilings in the bathroom so I was told that the smell is most likely mice urine and poop soaked into the drop down.

For now, I am soaking up all of the knowledge I can and making as many connections as possible!

I love it and love hearing the feedback and soaking in all the experience and knowledge from everyone.

Front living area: We initially thought this front room was going to be uncomfortably small, but getting furniture to scale actually made the space feel larger and more functional.Dining and kitchen areas, also a half bath to the right of the dining space:Heading upstairs, we have two bedrooms (one with Troy's custom balcony), a laundry room, and a bathroom with double vanity.Tub photo makes it look extremely short, it's a standard length and soaking depth.Now heading up to the third floor master suite and walk-out roof deck:Closets closets everywhere.

IF this were your property for the entire time the tenant had lived there and thier pets had caused this type of damage I would recommend you talk to a deck replacement person and get a bid for replacing the urine soaked wood.. you will never probably restore this deck the wood has absorbed to much urine.

You can soak up a lot of time shuffling around paper and doing the busy work if not careful.
