Current Texas Market? Best cities for Out of State Investors?

I am interested in learning more of the Texas Market and it’s cities.

Is there any advantage or pros and cons of Houston VS San Antonio? Dallas?

Looking to meet some Realtors and fellow investors in these markets that specialize and work with out of state investors that are willing to fill a young buck in on the topic

Has Investing in Texas as an out of state investor, been worth it?

I’m 21 serving overseas in japan and the BiggerPockets forum and everyone who makes up of it has been a huge help. I love it and love hearing the feedback and soaking in all the experience and knowledge from everyone. Any investors or realtors that would be willing to share their advice and information when it comes to investing out of state is greatly appreciated
