So your trying to buy 100k properties I am buying a 100k car.. and the salesmen is selling me a 100k car. and I assume he is making a commission.. but not the normal care sales routine but very professional and polished.. so that's what I am saying get professional and get poslished know what the heck your doing then send out your mailers and close the heck out of them and make a bunch of money.

For the most part, most homeowners are uneducated of what needs to be done to maintain your home throughout the year.It may sound monotonous, but routine maintenance on the home is CRITICAL.

You will have those big expenses routinely when you own a portfolio. 

I wanted to let you know the prescheduled walk-through (just a routine check to insure the home was being cared for) went as scheduled.

You'd have to take a bunch of salesmanship, negotiation and NLP seminars and ultimately you realize that a lot of these hucksters selling you their systems and info, when you boil it all down, are just teaching devious, hard sell routines which is not in your or the seller's best interest.

If you're going to have a large portfolio these are just routine expenses you'll be paying frequently.
