Drafting a Personal Financial Statement as a New Investor

So, I have been struggling for some time to draft a cohesive financial statement. I have a W2 job and routine living expenses, so my cash is always in flux. And I rehab and resale, so any profit I make is instantly rolled into the next investment. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to draft a solid financial statement in this scenario?
