My wife and I are currently under contract on a couple houses side by side in Crystal River Florida. one will be our primary and one will be a rental.

Unless you have a time machine and a crystal ball telling you when your offer will be accepted, you probably can't even produce that, so it would be nonsensical to ask.

Long term deflation is NOT in the government's best interest so my crystal ball predicts renewed inflation at some future point.For the moment, however, I sure do like hiring carpenters and other tradespeople at half their usual rate.
