Follow up to Doom and Gloom book thread of a few days ago.

This is kind of a mixed batch of info. Hopefully the huge drop in RE sales for Nov. was due to the time of year, weather etc. I always follow trends. I know my areas are slowing in sales and rentals for upper level homes. Those are always hit first. I'll be very interested in next 2 months.

The Feds make a big deal about not needing the continued quantitative easing that we've had and Stock market zooms. Read between the lines. They only lowered the monthly infusion from 85 billion to 75 billion per month. Rates are increasing which will offset this wonderful news, imo.

I'm still seeing too much coincidence with the timing to previous crash from years back. Part of me hopes I'm wrong-while another part of me is preparing for that possibilty. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Rich
