@Collin Schwartz Thanks Collin, my first mailing was personalized, I had a personalized letter and handwritten the addresses, these were addresses I drove around looking for distressed properties, but I didn't spend $400 on the handwritten ones lol I will keep it more personalized and print my marketing material from home.
