Any land investors?? in DFW?

Lately I have been running into leads that are just a 1 acre lot and there looking to sell it. If there is anyone who is interested in investing in land and knows the ins and outs of it for the DFW metroplex let me know and we can work a deal where I will send you some leads when I do receive them and we can split them from there.

Have a current lead now that I can't even talk about working with b/c I have no idea what its worth
