Sending 20,000 Mailers
Hi all,
I've been wholesaling, working with my mentor for almost a year. Right now I'm trying to explode my business and take serious MASSIVE action and catapult it to another level. I want to start doing a direct mail campaign to 20,000 absentee owners. I have never done this much of mailers, but to me it seems logical if I want to become a "Millionaire" wholesaler. It's the law of averages, the more you mail out, the more of a response you'll have, more leads, and ultimately more deals. I don't think it takes an "Einstein" to figure this game out. MASSIVE action=Massive results, simple as that. Numbers don't lie. I just wanted to get some feedback from the community and see what some of you MASSIVE action takers are doing out there, as far as doing a HUGE direct mail campaign. I like the "follow-the-leader" system. If there is any of you who has done 10K-20K+ mailers then talk to me! Let me know what worked and if you've seen consistent 5-Figure months. It takes money to make money and scared money doesn't make none!

Success isnt as simple as throwing a bunch of mail at a prospect group. I wish it were... I would sell more darn Yellow Letter Mail pieces..
Start a lot slower, I wouldnt do more than 1000 pieces per month until I have a strong handle on the media, market and message. Then youll have to structure lead capture and lead fulfillment.
Yes you can hire a VA or patlive to answer the calls however who is going to pull property profiles, do CMAs, make presentations, manage escrows, find buyers, etc...
20,000 yellow letter mail pieces will produce upwards of 3000 calls. ultimately 600 sellers who tell you they want to sell, give you an address and price.
With 22 work days in a month that is a staff making 27 offers a day. which is 3.5 offers an hour.
Those numbers say youll need 10 full time buyers. For every 4 buyers youll need someone to manage their actions. Not to mention the actions of the many support staff youll need.
IMHO 20000 mail pieces at once equates to a MASSIVE failure until you have a systemized business.
